I am so grateful and filled with joy. Over these past few weeks I have been able to see my dreams flourish. When I set out on my path to become a massage therapist; I had a vision of the care I wanted to provide to my patients. That vision was to be able to connect my patients, help them find their path to Wellness and hopefully make an impact on their lives.

In my journey I could have started at a large chain and made money quickly. However, my passion is providing high-quality care and creating a connection with my patients. I knew to be able to have the power to make the decisions to help my patients, I had to form my own clinic. By opening my own clinic I am able to make sure my patients receive the care they deserve. I am able to set my prices at a fair rate to help make massage therapy more attainable for those who might not otherwise be able to afford it. I can create relationships with other health professionals to refer my patients to when they need specialized care. With the wide range of patients I care for, everyone from patients with chronic pain to professional sports athletes to elderly patients, I know I cannot provide all the care needed. By operating my own clinic, I can use the resources of the Colorado Springs health and wellness community to make sure my patients receive the additional care when they need it.

In the past few weeks I have met incredible people who are just as determined to provide high-quality care for their patients. I have been introduced to amazing organizations that are set to disrupt the healthcare system. (I'm looking at you Cash For Care ) I am so excited to see where this journey goes and to help the Colorado Springs community.
